Warranty

Warranty - General

We will endeavour to assist you with finding the quickest possible resolution for any hardware problems which you might be experiencing.

Warranty periods are stated on your invoice, which should be kept in a safe place. This may need to be presented in order to make a warranty claim, either direct to the product manufacturer or with us.

This applies to products purchased from Computer Services & Technologies, unless covered directly by the product's manufacture. This information will have been stated in your invoice.

If the product has not been purchased from us, and/or if a no fault found was discovered, fees and charges may apply for examining or determining a fault.  We will advise beforehand if this would apply.

Most peripherals (printers, scanners, faxes, etc.) may be dierctly supported by their respective manufacturers.
