you might be experiencing.
Warranty periods are stated on your
invoice, which should be kept in a safe
place. This may need to be presented in
order to make a warranty claim, either
direct to the product manufacturer or with
us.
This applies to products purchased from
Computer Services & Technologies, unless
covered directly by the product's
manufacture. This information will
have been stated in your invoice.
If the product has not been purchased
from us, and/or if a no fault found was
discovered, fees and charges may
apply for examining or determining a fault.
We will advise beforehand if this would
apply.
Most peripherals (printers, scanners,
faxes, etc.) may be dierctly supported by
their respective manufacturers. |
